To subscribe to SAFRA Membership News via email, you will need to log in first. Click on “Area of Interest” at the panel on the left. Under “Select your area of interest(s)” section, tick on the checkboxes. Click on [SAVE].

What are SAFRA Email Newsletters?

SAFRA Newsletters bring you information on SAFRA's activities/events/promotions and more to your email or mobile phone. This service is provided to you at no cost when you subscribe to these updates.

I'm not receiving any Newsletters. What's wrong?

There are several reasons why you may not be receiving any newsletters:

  • Your email address may not be updated. We may be sending it to your old email address.
  • We are having difficulties sending email to your email address. If we are not able to deliver your email messages to the address you've provided, we will automatically suspend the newsletters going to that address.
  • You may not have selected the specific newsletter(s) as your preference.

How do remove all my email subscriptions from SAFRA i .e. unsubscribe all?

To unsubscribe from all email subscriptions from SAFRA, you will need to log in first. After you have logged in, click on “Account Settings”. Uncheck the email checkbox under “Preferred Contact Mode” section. Click on [SAVE].

How do I know if my booking or transaction is successfully processed?

Upon successful payment via the payment site i.e. telemoney payment EASYPAY, an online receipt will be displayed and an email sent to you.
