Full-time National Service (NS) is an essential part of our nationhood and a rite of passage for every Singaporean and PR male. The SAFRA Appreciation Package is given to full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) who are about to reach their Operationally Ready Date (ORD), in appreciation of their contributions to Singapore’s defence and security.

SAFRA is glad to welcome our NSFs with a series of complimentary privileges to enjoy our club facilities.

ENERGYONE GYM
Up to 3 Months of Free Gym Membership

Keep fit with our wide range of top-tier equipment and functional training areas. Our award-winning gyms are also equipped with wellness facilities such as jacuzzis^ and steam rooms. Lockers and towels are also provided.

  • You can redeem your free membership at our EnergyOne Gym customer service counters up to three months after ORD. However, your membership validity will not exceed three months from your ORD.

HOW TO REDEEM

SAF NSFs

Download SAFRA app to access your e-vouchers

You need to be a SAFRA member to access the e-vouchers on the SAFRA app. As a SAF NSF, you are eligible for a complimentary trial SAFRA membership. If you have not activated your membership, you can do so by creating your SAFRA account to activate it and log in through the app.

Steps to access your e-voucher in the app:

  1. Log in to the SAFRA app and select "eVouchers".

  2. Select "Wallet" on the menu bar, located at bottom of the app.

  3. Scroll through to check out the available vouchers.

  4. Present and redeem the e-vouchers at our customer service counters (9am to 9pm daily) of the SAFRA club where the booking is desired.

Home Team NSFs

Collect your pocket-sized SAFRA Appreciation Package's redemption passport.

Visit the SAFRA booth at SAFRA Toa Payoh, Level 1 Atrium near kcuts, from 2 to 3 Sep 2024 during the SkillsFuture@NS Fair.

You can redeem your vouchers at our customer service counters of the SAFRA club where the booking is desired. Present either your HomeTeamNS membership e-card (for preferential base rate*) or Home Team ID along with your SAFRA Appreciation Package redemption passport.

*HomeTeamNS members enjoy SAFRA facilities at discounted rates through a reciprocal arrangement with HomeTeamNS. Not applicable or social membership cardholders.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SAFRA Facilities and Interest Groups

  • Valid for 3 months from date of issue.
  • Valid for one-time usage only per voucher issued.
  • Our customer service officers will assist in checking on the availability of the desired facilities and you may proceed to make payment for bookings if slots are available.
  • Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Promotions are not stackable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or to offset any other offer.
  • Validity of promotions are as stated. There will not be any extension of the validity period.
  • Regulations for facility bookings and utilisation will apply.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw, amend or append any Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final.

EnergyOne Gym

  • Members must complete a Get-Active Questionnaire (GAQ) before using the gym facilities.
  • Promotion is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or to offset any other offer.
  • Members must adhere to gym rules and regulations. EneryOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for conduct that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
  • EnergyOne Management is not responsible or liable for any personal property loss or bodily injury arising from using gym equipment or facilities.
  • EneryOne Management reserves the right to amend and introduce rules, terms and conditions, including the withdrawal, alteration, or addition of benefits, obligations, and privileges at any time. The decision of EnergyOne Gym is final.

Sonic Bowl

  • Valid for 1 month from date of issue.
  • Shoes and socks rental are not included.
  • Valid during weekdays, except eve of public holidays and public holidays.
  • Valid for one-time usage and one slot booking only.
  • Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Promotions are not stackable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or to offset any other offer.
  • Validity of promotions as stated. There will not be any extension of the validity period.
