How To Collect and Redeem Physical Voucher on 29 Oct

  1. Download or access your SAFRA app. In the Home section, tap on eVouchers.
  2. Select the 'Hawker $5 Discount Day' e-voucher. (Note: e-voucher will be available from 28 Oct).
  3. Go to the SAFRA booth at Tiong Bahru Market and Food Centre, Level 1 (near escalator).
  4. Present the e-voucher in your SAFRA app to collect your physical voucher. Voucher collection is from 8am to 3pm.
  5. Redeem the physical voucher at participating hawker stalls with the 'SAFRA Hawker $5 Discount Day' label. Utilise on the same day by 4pm. 
       
 

Terms and Conditions

  • Free $5 Food voucher promotion is only for valid SAFRA members.
  • Limited to the first 1,000 redemptions. 1 redemption per SAFRA member on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • E-Voucher must be presented at the SAFRA Booth located at level 1 of Tiong Bahru Market and Hawker Centre (near escalator) to exchange for a physical voucher for utilisation.
  • E-Voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
  • E-voucher is strictly non-transferrable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or utilised.
  • Promotion is valid for all participating stalls with the 'SAFRA Hawker Discount Day' label and are open for business during the voucher utilisation period.
  • Promotion is not valid with other discounts or promotions.
