Who is eligible for SAFRAPOINTS?
Why does my Dependent member(s) not see the accumulated SAFRAPOINTS in their account?
SAFRAPOINTS earned by Dependent member(s) will be accumulated with the points earned by the Principal member. The combined SAFRAPOINTS balance will be reflected in the Principal member's membership account.
Dependent members who wish to enquire and redeem the combined SAFRAPOINTS will need to be authorised by the Principal member.
Principal members can authorise their Dependent member(s) to redeem points simply by loging in to m.safra.sg and grant access under "SAFRAPOINTS > Redemption Eligibility"
