How is the SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card different from the SAFRA Membership Card?
Apart from being your SAFRA Membership Card, it also functions as a Credit/Debit card.
Who is eligible to apply for the SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card?
SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card is exclusive to SAFRA Members only. Applicants for SAFRA DBS Debit and Credit Cards must have a SAFRA membership validity of at least six months at the time of application.
Spouse or child dependent can apply for a supplementary SAFRA DBS Credit Card only if he/she is holding a valid SAFRA Dependent membership and the Principal member is holding an existing SAFRA DBS Credit Card.

How much is the Card annual fee?
There is no Card annual fee for SAFRA DBS Credit & Debit Cards. SAFRA members will only be required to pay for their SAFRA membership fees. SAFRA membership renewal fees will be charged to your SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card if your membership is not renewed 2 months prior to expiry.
Why is the SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card Expiry date different from the SAFRA membership expiry date?
SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Cards issued by DBS bank will have a 5 year validity period whereas applications for SAFRA membership term varies from 2 to 10 years.
What will happen if my SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card expires before my SAFRA membership ends?
DBS Bank will automatically send a new Card (at no cost) to you 1 month before your SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card expires.
How can i opt-out of auto-renewal for my SAFRA membership?
To opt-out of auto-renewal, please email mship_svc@safra.sg at least 2 months before the expiry of your SAFRA membership.
Where can i find my SAFRA Membership ID?
You may log on to your m.safra.sg online account or SAFRA Mobile App to check your Membership ID.
The Membership ID can be found next to your name or on your SAFRA e-card.
Where can I find the date of expiry of my SAFRA membership?
You may log on to your m.safra.sg online account or SAFRA Mobile App to check your membership expiry date.
Can I apply for both the SAFRA DBS Credit and Debit Card?
No. Each member can only hold a SAFRA DBS Credit Card or SAFRA DBS Debit Card.
If I am holding an existing SAFRA Membership Card, can I apply for the SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card? What will happen to the membership fees I paid?
You can apply and convert to the SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card if you are holding an existing SAFRA Membership Card. This conversion is a continuation of your membership term and no additional membership fees will be charged.
What will happen to my existing SAFRA Membership Card when I receive the new SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card?
Only the new SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card will be active and registered in SAFRA’s system. You are encouraged to destroy your existing SAFRA Membership Card upon receiving the new SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card.
Can I still apply for the SAFRA Membership Card if my SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card application is unsuccessful?
In the event your SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card application is unsuccessful, you may log in to the SAFRA Mobile App to download your e-card to access the membership benefits and privileges.
Can I request for a refund of the SAFRA membership fee if I choose to cancel my SAFRA Credit/Debit Card?
Please note that cancelling your SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card does not terminate your SAFRA membership.

If I cancel my SAFRA membership, can I still use my SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card?
Your SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card will be terminated once you cease to be a SAFRA member.
What should I do if I lost my SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card?
For lost or stolen card, please block your card immediately using the online services and request for a replacement instantly.
I have received my SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card but not the welcome gifts from SAFRA. What should I do?
The SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card is issued by DBS while the welcome gift redemption letter (subject to membership promotional offer) is issued by SAFRA to eligible members. How do I earn SAFRA$?
You can earn up to 3% cash rebate on your Card spend (in the form of SAFRA$) if you meet the minimum spend in a calendar month. Terms and conditions apply.

Is there any expiry for the SAFRA$?
SAFRA$ has a 12-month validity period from the date of issuance.
How do I check my SAFRA$ balance?
SAFRA$ can be used to offset purchases on the spot at SAFRA Clubhouses.
For SAFRA DBS Credit Cardmembers, you can redeem for KrisFlyer Miles or offset your Credit Card bill via DBS/POSB digibank.
For SAFRA DBS Debit Cardmembers, SAFRA$ can be converted for cash to be credited into the Current/Savings Account linked to your SAFRA DBS Debit Card via DBS/POSB digibank
I am a Full Time National Servicemen (NSF) and holding a SAFRA DBS Debit Card. Do I need to meet the minimum spend to earn SAFRA$?
You are not required to meet the minimum spend of S$400 to qualify for earning SAFRA$, provided that your salary crediting DBS/POSB account is tagged to employer MINDEF or SAF.
Do I still earn SAFRAPOINTS with the SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit Card?
You will earn SAFRAPOINTS at participating SAFRA Clubhouses and in-club merchant outlets in addition to the SAFRA$ accumulated by spending on your SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card. What will happen to my existing SAFRAPOINTS if I am issued with the SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card?
