System Maintenance

We are continuously upgrading our systems to bring you a more pleasant experience. Due to system maintenance, all services on the SAFRA mobile app, m.safra.sg web portal and self-service kiosks at our clubs will unavailable from 31 March, Monday, 9.30pm to 1 April, Tuesday, 1 April, 6am.

During this period, members will not be able to:

  • Access their SAFRA e-card
  • Book facilities
  • Register for activities
  • Purchase vouchers on Treats & Deals (treats.safra.sg)
  • Buy discounted movie tickets at Shaw Theatres or participate in MovieMax movie contests
  • Perform membership transactions such as sign-ups/renewal (including SAFRA DBS card) or membership verification
  • Update personal particulars such as contact information, marketing preferences and vehicle IU number
  • Create a mySAFRA account or reset passwords
  • Retrieve transaction history/receipts
  • Access FINS Swim School portal

Facility arrangements on 31 Mar, Monday, for operating hours beyond 9.30pm

  1. EnergyOne Gym: Early closure at 9.30pm instead of 12 midnight at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang and 10.30pm at the other SAFRA clubs. Last transaction will be at 9pm.
  2. Games Room: For bookings made prior to system maintenance, please approach the security counter with your e-receipt. They will verify your booking and open the Games Room for you.
  3. Members' Lounge (SAFRA Punggol): Approach the security counter for assistance.
  4. The Winners' Circle: TWC Staff will verify your membership particulars for entry.
