System Maintenance

We are continuously upgrading our systems to bring you a more pleasant experience. Due to system maintenance, all services on the mSAFRA app, m.safra.sg website and self-service kiosks will not be available from Wednesday, 25 Aug, 11.30pm. It is expected to resume on Friday, 27 Aug, 7am.

 

Members will not be able to:

  1. Access their SAFRA e-card or e-voucher(s)
  2. Book facilities or register for activities
  3. Purchase vouchers on Treats & Deals (treats.safra.sg) or collect vouchers at SAFRA clubs
  4. Purchase discounted movie tickets at Shaw Theatres or participate in MovieMax movie contests
  5. Perform membership transactions such as membership sign-up/renewal (including SAFRA DBS card) and verification of membership status
  6. Update personal particulars such as contact information, marketing preferences and vehicle IU number
  7. Create mySAFRA account or to reset account password
  8. Retrieve transaction history/receipts
  9. Access FINS Swim School portal

These services will also be unavailable at our customer service counters at all SAFRA clubs.

Swimming Pool

Members who are accessing the swimming pool may present their physical membership card or note their member ID on their e-card by accessing it before the system downtime.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and seek your kind understanding that it will take more time to enter the facility as our staff do the on-site verification, where required. 

EnergyOne Gym

EnergyOne Gym members who want to enter the gym can access their e-card before the system downtime to note their member ID for verification. Alternatively, they may also quote their full name to our EnergyOne staff.

BOOKING AND ACCESSING OTHER SAFRA FACILITIES

Members are advised to book the facilities before the system downtime. 

Badminton, squash and tennis courts

Members are advised to book in advance before the system downtime. At the club or facility, you will do your mandatory SafeEntry check-in and your booking will be verified by our staff on-site. Have your booking’s e-receipt sent to your email ready.

There will be no walk-in bookings on 26 Aug.

Kidz Amaze Indoor Playground

Play sessions continue to be on a reservation basis via email or call. Please book your session for 26 Aug at least one day in advance, subject to availability. The contact details are available on the Kidz Amaze website.

Walk-ins are subject to availability. If you have purchased tickets from Kidz Amaze before, you may utilise the e-receipt in your email as a form of verification at the Kidz Amaze counter. Alternatively, for holders of the physical SAFRA membership card, you may present it as well. 

Indoor Air Weapon Range

Members are advised to book in advance before the system downtime. Have your booking’s e-receipt sent to your email ready.

There will be no walk-in bookings on 26 Aug.

Games Room

Members are advised to book in advance before the system downtime. Have your booking’s e-receipt sent to your email ready and approach our Customer Service counter. They will verify your booking and open the Games Room for you.

Members’ Lounge and Shower Room at SAFRA Punggol

The lounge as well as the shower room will be closed on 26 Aug. 

REGISTERING AND ATTENDING SAFRA ACTIVITIES

Registration for our activities will not be available during the system downtime.

If you have registered for an activity happening on 26 Aug, you may display your e-receipt in your email or provide your member ID/name to our staff on-site for verification.  

ENJOYING SAFRA BENEFITS

Treats & Deals Voucher Purchase and Collection

Purchase of vouchers on treats.safra.sg and collection at SAFRA clubs will not be available from 24 Aug. It will resume on 27 Aug after 9am.

Earning and Redeeming SAFRAPOINTS

Members who transact at an eligible vendor can still earn SAFRAPOINTS by filling in a form with their name and member ID or partial NRIC. It will take up to 3 weeks to process and the points will be credited into your account. 
Redemption of SAFRAPOINTS will not be available during the downtime and will resume on 27 Aug after 9am

Discount at merchant partners

Members will not be able to access their e-card to present and enjoy discounts during the system downtime. For members who still have the physical membership card with a valid expiry date may present it to enjoy the discount. 
We seek your kind understanding on the matter and apologise for the inconvenience caused. 

MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP/RENEWAL

Membership sign-up/renewal for SAFRA membership, SAFRA DBS card and all other memberships such as EnergyOne Gym, Kidz Amaze, Interest Groups and Micro Clubs will also be unavailable during the system downtime. It will resume on 27 Aug after 9am.

For gift collection for sign-up/renewal of SAFRA membership, it must be done by 25 Aug, 9pm. It will cease on 26 Aug and resume on 27 Aug after 9am.
