Who are eligible for SAFRAPoints?
All paying SAFRA members, including Life Members are eligible.
What is combined SAFRAPoints?
SAFRAPoints earned by Dependent members will be combined with the SAFRAPoints earned by Principal members. The combined SAFRAPoints balance will be reflected in the Principal member's membership account.
Dependent members who wish to enquire and redeem the combined SAFRAPoints will need to be authorised by the Principal member.
Who can check and redeem the combined SAFRAPoints?
All valid Principal members and their authorised Dependent member(s) can check and redeem the combined SAFRAPoints via any of the three ways below.
For authorised members below the aged of 16, they are required to visit any of any SAFRA Clubs' Customer Service Counter to check and redeem the combined SAFRAPoints.
How can Principal members authorise their Dependent members to check/redeem the combined SAFRAPoints?
Principal members can authorise their dependent member(s) via any of the two (2) ways below.
Activation is immediate. Upon completion of application, the Dependent member(s) can start to check and redeem SAFRAPoints.
Principal members can also unauthorise Dependent member(s) from accessing the combined SAFRAPoints via any of the two (2) ways above.
What happens if I lose or damage my SAFRA membership card?
SAFRAPOINTS will not be issued without a valid membership card.
With effect from 3rd October 2020, SAFRA will cease the issuance of physical membership cards for new membership sign-up and renewals. Members may log in to their mSAFRA mobile app to download their e-card to access the membership benefits and privileges.
For lost or damaged SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit card, please block your card immediately using DBS online services and request for a replacement.
Can I authorise another person to collect the rewards on my behalf?
Yes, you can authorise someone to collect the rewards by completing the authorisation section in the collection letter. The authorised person will need to present your SAFRA Membership Card during the collection.

Is there an expiry date for SAFRAPoints?
SAFRAPoints earned between 1 Jan and 30 Nov will expire on 31 Dec of the same calendar year. SAFRAPoints earned in the month of Dec will expire on 31 Dec of the following year.
What will happen to my remaining SAFRAPoints when I terminate my SAFRA membership?
The remaining SAFRAPOINTS will be forfeited.
How do I replace my SAFRA card if it's lost or damaged?
