Invitation to Register for Club Tour and E-Voucher Set Issuance
Club Tour
- Eligible members are invited to register their interest for a guided Club Tour. Slots are limited monthly and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis while slots are available.
Experience E-Vouchers
- The set of Experience eVouchers will be added to your eVouchers wallet in the SAFRA Mobile App within 4-6 weeks after successful processing of your Principal (Ordinary/Associate) membership application.
- The validity of the eVouchers will be 3 months from date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- You will receive these eVouchers in addition to your entitled Welcome Gift, if applicable.
- To receive your eVouchers, you must create a mySAFRA online account and log in to your SAFRA Mobile App, click on 'eVouchers' icon and access the 'Wallet' tab.
Terms & Conditions
- Club Tour slots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability.
- The Experience eVouchers are applicable to all NEW 2, 5, or 10-year Principal membership sign-ups.
- The SAFRA Experience Package is not applicable to new NSF, SAFVL and SAFVC members.
- Each eligible member will receive only one set of eVouchers, regardless of the number of successful applications.
- Members who wish to book the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility must visit the Customer Service Counter at the specific SAFRA Clubhouse where they intend to use the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility.

Redemption and Exchange of Gift
Redemption of welcome gift
Club sign-ups/ renewals
- The welcome gift will be issued on-the-spot after your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal has been successfully processed over-the-counter, subject to availability.
Mail-in/ Online/ Mobile
- A Gift Redemption Letter (GRL) will be sent to your registered mailing address within 4-5 weeks after successful processing of your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal.
- If you have misplaced your GRL or has expired, please contact mship_mktg@safra.sg.
Exchange of faulty gift item
You can bring your faulty gift to the nearest SAFRA club within the warranty period. Member will receive a new piece directly from the Customer Service Officer (CSO) after the CSO has verified that the set is faulty.

- The issuance of membership welcome gift ("Gift") is subject to availability while stocks last.

Membership Sign-up/ Renewal Terms & Conditions
- Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.
- Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2036).
- Not applicable for Life or Dependent membership sign-ups/renewals.
- Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.
- SAFRAPOINTS cannot be used to pay for SAFRA Membership application or any other ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions.
- NS Excellence Award (NSEA) vouchers cannot be used with any ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions and are applicable only against a 2-year SAFRA Membership subscription at standard pricing (i.e. excluding discount).
- The promotion is only valid for one-time sign-up / renewal only.
- The promotion is not valid with other SAFRA membership promotions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the SAFRA General Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- SAFRA’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding on all qualified SAFRA members.
- SAFRA may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The qualified members consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of the Qualified SAFRA members’ personal data by/ to the SAFRA’s agent or vendors and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion.
