Safety Measures in line with SportSG advisory / Singapore Swimming Association

• SAFRA swimming pool waters are cleaned daily and tested in accordance with NEA guidelines.
• Drinking directly from water coolers will not be allowed. Only the refilling of water bottles is allowed.
• Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation at pool common areas and toilets will be conducted.
• Toilets and changing rooms are open. Users are to keep their masks on whilst in the changing rooms, and put on their mask promptly
• after showering. Users are encouraged not to mingle with others and leave as soon as they are done using the facility.
• Personal equipment such as water bottles, towels and goggles should not be shared.
• Signage will be displayed to advise users on safe management measures and practicing of good personal hygiene.
• Safe distancing is encouraged but will no longer be required between individuals and groups in all masked/unmasked settings.

Group activities

• SAFRA-organised group activities are permitted within the swimming pool, with safe management measures in place. This may include (but not limited to) Dragon Boat interest group trainings, water-based fitness classes such as aqua-aerobics, and swimming lessons conducted by SAFRA appointed service providers (FINS and Yale).

Note: SAFRA staff / Safe Distancing Ambassadors will be deployed to ensure users adhere to safe management measures. SAFRA reserves the right to turn away users to avoid overcrowding within these facilities. Individuals who feel unwell should not visit our pools and are advised to seek medical attention.

Pool / Lanes Closure 1 lane of the Olympic-size lap pool will be closed for swimming course on Wed from 4pm to 5pm. Up to 3 lanes of the Olympic-size lap pool will be closed for swimming course on Sat and Sun from 9am to 1.30pm and 2.30pm to 5pm. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for further work on the filtration tanks from 11 Nov to 13 Nov.
