- Promotion applies to hotel, flight, attraction and tour bookings using the respective promo codes.
- Each Trip.com user can apply the generic codes multiple times across different bookings.
- The unique code redeemed from the SAFRA app can only be only be applied once on a single booking.
- Only 1 promo code can be applied to each booking.
- Hotel promo code is only applicable to pre-paid rooms (excluding rooms on promotion) after taxes and fees have been applied, and transactions in SGD.
- Flights promo code is only applicable to the price before taxes and fees have been applied), and transactions in SGD.
- Flight promo code is not applicable to China domestic flights and “flight+hotel” products.
- Users must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo codes.
- Different hotels/room/flight types may have different cancellation policies. Please read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels/room types before booking.
- If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. If you want to use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promotion period. Bookings are subjected to availability.
- Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
- To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion.
- Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
