- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA app to facilitate check in if requested.
- Promotion is only applicable for stays from 1 Jul 2024 and a minimum stay of 2 nights are required.
- Rates quoted is in Malaysia Ringgit (RM)
- A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your booking.
- Cancellation must be made at least three (3) days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of the full stay, including taxes. In the case of a no-show, a penalty equivalent to the full stay, including taxes, will apply.
- Under the Tourism Tax Act 2017, a charge of RM10 per room per night Tourism Tax (TTx) will be levied on tourists and non-resident guests. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempted from the payment of TTx. TTx will be collected at check-in and is excluded from room rates.
- A Sustainability Tax of RM3 per room per night will be collected at check-in.
- Check-in time is from 1500 hours, and check-out is before 1200 noon.
