- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-card via SAFRA app upon check in.
- Check-in time: 1500hrs onwards / Check-out time: 1200hrs. Additional charges apply for early check-in or late check-out. Room reservation and extension of room stay are subjected to availability.
- All reservations are to be accompanied by Credit Card. Payment will be made directly at the hotel upon arrival. Card holder must be present with physical card.
- In case of no-show, change of date, or cancellation made 3 days or less before arrival date, the hotel will deduct the full charge from the furnished credit card.
