TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

  • All players must be in proper sports attire. Bare bodies and bare feet are prohibited. Only soccer boots (with soft spikes) are allowed to be worn as footwear. Soccer boots with metal studs are strictly not permitted.
  • Players found wearing improper attire & footwear will not be allowed to use the facility.
  • No smoking, eating, pets or any other activities other than the respective game is permitted unless otherwise approved by The Management.
  • In the event of inclement weather, such as, lightning and/or heavy rain, the Management reserves the right to stop all activities. Failure to comply may result in suspensions or bans from using the facility. No refunds and/or extensions will be made for bookings. However, replacement of the bookings will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the above occurs 20 minutes into the game. Replacement bookings are subjected to availability of the facility.
  • Players shall not remove anything from the facility without seeking prior approval from The Management.
  • Players should exit the field promptly after their session.
  • The Management shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damage or loss sustained by members and/or guests in and around the premise.
  • All unlawful acts will be referred to relevant authorities.

Booking

  • All bookings and payments must be made in advance and members have to present their membership cards for verification and be subjected to approval by The Management.
  • All Internet bookings are only open to SAFRA members.
  • At least one SAFRA member who made the booking needs to present his/her SAFRA membership card for verification when requested. Failure to do so will result in the slot being cancelled without refund from The Management.
  • Only members who have booked the facility are allowed to use them with their guests.
  • Use of the facility shall not be carried about without making prior bookings and full payment being made.
  • In case of no show, the booking shall be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations.
  • All bookings are non-transferable. Offenders (both transferor and transferee) will be banned from future bookings by The Management.
  • No unauthorized private coaching and/or school training is allowed.
  • The Management has the rights to stop all events that are not approved or are deemed inappropriate for the use of the facility.

Others

  • Members and/or guests who violate the above stated rules and regulations or do not follow instructions or orders given by The Management will be required to leave the premise and its surroundings and or can be banned from using the facility.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend the above stated rules and regulations at any given time without any prior notice given

Note:

  • The Management refers to any appointed officers from SAFRA Tampines
  • An event includes, but is not limited to, league games, tournaments, clinics, courses and company functions.
  • Transferor refers to anyone who sells his/her booking to another party
  • Transferee refers to anyone who buys a booked slot from another party

Note: For booking of main pitch, we allow bookings 1 month ahead of time, slot will be refreshed at 1pm daily.
