- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA app or 11B in person upon check in.
- Promotion is only applicable for bookings and stays from now till 31 Aug 2024 for the 30% discount and stay till 31 Dec 2024 for 18% discount.
- The full reservation amount will be charged to your credit card shortly after confirmation.
- All reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. In case of a no-show, a penalty of 100% of the stay will be charged.
- The official standard time for check-in is from 1500 hours (3 pm) onwards.
- A maximum of one child under 12 years old is allowed to share the room using existing bedding.
- Concessionary parking coupon can be purchased from the Front Desk at a special rate of S$8.00 NETT per entry for Park Avenue Rochester.
