How To Redeem
- Download SAFRA app.
- On <Home>, tap the <eVouchers> icon.
- Select the treat in your <Wallet> and redeem at the participating outlet.
- Scan QR code or enter 4-digit code located at the cashier only upon ordering/payment.
Important Reminders
- Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location's WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process.
- Ensure that you have granted SAFRA app to Mobile Data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
- Ensure that you have granted SAFRA app permission to Camera access/usage for the purpose of scanning QR code.

- Limited to the first 200 redemptions, 1 redemption per SAFRA member on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- E-voucher is only valid for the redemption of a 1-For-1 Hot Traditional Kopi/Tea at participating Generation Coffee stalls, subject to the respective stalls’ operating hours and hawker centre closures.
- E-Voucher must be presented at participating Generation Coffee stalls prior to ordering/payment to enjoy the treat.
- Valid at Tekka Centre (#01-321), 216 Bedok Food Centre & Market (#01-32) and Hong Lim Market & Food Centre (#01-59).
- E-Voucher must be redeemed by 30 April 2024 and is strictly non-transferrable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or utilised.
- SAFRA and Generation Coffee reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions of these promotions without prior notice.
