Escape’s selection of steaks takes front and center beginning with the quintessential grass-fed Angus Ribeye. Heavily marbled and juicy, it is best enjoyed medium. Moving towards the rump, the Australian Angus Tenderloin takes skill with the grill to prepare. For those who prefer leaner yet notably tender steaks, Escape has got you covered with a Prime Grade US Omaha Striploin that strikes a perfect balance in muscle and fat composition. A 1kg Tomahawk Steak ($158) is also available for pre-order, served bone-in, for diner. Share a portion of succulent Pork Ribs ($28 -250gm) with morsels coated in homemade barbecue sauce that melt off the bone. Moving away from the red meats, diners are invited to try the Miso Salmon ($28). Introducing a Crispy “Har Cheong Gai” Burger ($22). Tuck into succulent chicken thigh meat deep fried in homemade prawn paste.
Diners may start their meal with a selection of appetizers and pastas or enjoy on their own as bar bites to accompany a cold beer or glass of cocktail. You cannot go wrong with Spam Fries or Calamari served with truffle mayonnaise and tartar sauce respectively. A lip-smacking treat, the Spicy Chili Crab Rigatoni is served with crunchy soft-shelled crab, smoked ricotta cheese and a pinch of basil.
