- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA app upon check in.
- Advance reservation is required and subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- An additional bed can be provided for Deluxe, Deluxe Executive, and Premier rooms at RM 100 nett, including breakfast for one person. Please note that only one extra bed can be accommodated in the mentioned room categories.
- Breakfast dining is limited to 1 hour ONLY (on peak days).
- Quoted room rates and food & beverage prices are inclusive of government tax.
- Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists.
- Check-in time is from 3pm onwards. Check-out time is at 12 noon.
- Premier Lounge services are not available until further notice.
- Rates are valid for a single or twin-sharing basis.
- Non-refundable for any cancellation.
- A full charge will be levied for NO SHOW.
- Should you require any amendments to your booking, please contact them at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Kindly note that price differences may apply.
