- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA app upon check in.
- Promotion is valid for new bookings only.
- Bookings must be under SAFRA membership cardholders' name.
- Advance reservation is required and subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- Should you require any amendments to your booking, please contact them at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Kindly note that price differences may apply.
Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night will be applied to foreign tourists. - Quoted room rates and food & beverage prices are inclusive of government tax.
- An additional bed can be provided for Deluxe and Premier rooms at RM100 nett per room per night, including breakfast for one person. Please note that only one extra bed can be accommodated in the mentioned room categories.
- Breakfast dining is limited to 1 hour ONLY (on peak days).
- Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. Check-out time is at 12 noon.
- Premier Lounge services are not available until further notice.
