Terms & Conditions

Term All Day/Off-Peak

• 16 years old and above.
• For new sign-ups, admin fee is applicable in addition to the subscription fee.
• Subscription fees and admin fees (Promo: $110) are payable in advance upon application.
• Term All Day/Off-Peak memberships are exclusively for guests (Singaporean/PRs) only.
• *Off-Peak Hrs: Weekdays: 6.30am-5pm. Weekends: 6.30am-1pm & 8pm- 10.30pm.
  
• Membership is non-transferable & only tagged for personal use only.
• Promotion is valid from 1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025.
• 12-month installment plans are available for POSB/DBS Credit Card Holders only (min. $400.00 and above). Subject to admin fee.
• All gym payment transactions will conclude at 10.00pm daily.
• EnergyOne reserves the right to amend/append/withdraw these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Referral Program

• For every Referee (New Sign Up) who signs up as a paying member (minimum of 12 months Term All Day/Off Peak Membership), the Referrer (Existing EnergyOne Member) receives one month of free membership (maximum of 3 months*, up to a maximum of 3 successful referrals). *Free months are applicable only to Referrers.
•  Definition of Referrer refers to Existing EnergyOne Member who has joined before the Referee (New Sign Up). Members who sign up on the same day will not be eligible for the “Refer-A-Friend” promotion.
• Referrer will receive the free month(s) only if Referee joins during promotional period of 1 April – 30 June 2025.
• Referee has to sign up for a minimum of 12 months Term All Day /Off-Peak Membership.
• Both the Referrer and Referee must be physically present during the sign-up process to validate the referral.
• Referrer must not have outstanding subscription fees.
• Referrer is not allowed to utilize the free month(s) to offset any outstanding arrears.
• All current EnergyOne Members will qualify for the “Refer-A-Friend” promotion.
• All Referee have to be Singaporean / PRs above 16 years old.
• Management shall have the absolute discretion to amend and introduce such rules, terms and conditions as deemed fit at anytime.
• “Refer-A-Friend” promotion is valid from 1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025.

Next Gen

• Exclusively for those between 16 and 21 years old (Singaporean/PRs). 
• Membership is ongoing and is not eligible for any promotion.
• A one-time administrative fee of $25.
  
• All-day access to gyms.
• Membership fees paid are non-refundable.
