Basic Calisthenics Workshop Schedule (75 mins per session)

Mondays & Wednesdays  1pm 
Wednesdays & Fridays 7pm 

Proper programming for safe and effective progression

You will learn the basic exercises in Calisthenics. This workshop will save you time researching and experimenting, and get started doing the programme instead. 

  • Systematic exercise progression
    • Which exercise comes before you proceed to the next level
    • Which exercise to do after you have accomplished your current level
    • Number of repetitions required and basic rules on when to progress
  • Injury prevention

Key Learnings

  • Push-up progressions
  • Dips progressions
  • L-sit progressions
  • Back extension exercises
  • Hip hinging exercises for hamstring strength and flexibility
  • Bodyweight squat progression

On top of the Calisthenics exercises, the classes will share with you effective stretches for the upper and lower body plus movement concepts on coordination and balance.
