Use your unique email address as your Login ID to mySAFRA Portal and mSAFRA app. It’s easier to remember.
Receive e-receipts for your transactions. It serves as a confirmation slip for validation of facility bookings, event registration and redemption of SAFRAPOINTS.
Receive administrative updates related to your membership. This may include changes in policies, annual renewal notifications and important advisories.

A Few Simple Steps To Go Digital

Don't have a mySAFRA Account

Download mSAFRA app → click on ‘Sign up for mySAFRA account’, or
Visit mysafra.safra.sg → click on ‘Get One Now’ at the bottom of the webpage

You will receive an activation email after you have submitted your account registration. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Once activated, follow steps (1) to (5) below to register and opt-in for updates!

Have a mySAFRA Account

Log in to your account via the mSAFRA app or mysafra.safra.sg with your email address.
Go to ‘Manage Profile’ → click ‘My Contact Info’ from the dropdown button
Ensure that the email address stated is accurate
Under the marketing consent segment, select ‘email’ and other relevant channels
Scroll to the bottom, agree to privacy policy and save.

Access Your SAFRA E-Card

The new SAFRA e-card is now available on the mSAFRA app to reduce the need for you to carry your physical SAFRA membership card. Enjoy a world of privileges from the convenience of your smart phone. For more details, click here.
