HAMMER STRENGTH TRAINING CENTER
E1 Choa Chu Kang is part of an elite group of fitness facilities to be recognised as Official Hammer Strength Training Centres, with high-perfomance training equipment to withstand intense workouts and deliver results.
EGX GROUP CLASSES
A brand-new Group Fitness experience coming first to E1 Choa Chu Kang! With more than 16 different programs centered around 3 types of workouts, each workout is designed to build strength and cardiovascular health and is suitable for all fitness levels.
THE RING
In partnership with The Ring, SAFRA and E1 members will have the opportunity to experience Boxing and Muay Thai training in E1 Choa Chu Kang's very own Arena.
